Sailor Astera

Sakky was saying how much she wanted to cosplay as her own character Sailor Astera and I love her, so I offered her a commission. She wanted a really short skirt, so that's what she got. She did invest in her own boots, wig, petticoat, and tiara. She made her own brooch as well.
