heh heh... So we can call this "the con that wasn't" for us. After an insane morning including my marching in the big parade and Lisa working at the pool and having a leaders' meeting, we met up, in costume, in the dinning hall. Catching Kevin on the way, we hopped on the small LCT bus headed for Lorain County College. We had a fantastic ride and a great adventure getting there with transfering busses, but when we arrived, we got the distinct impression that something was wrong.

No one was at the registration desk... In fact, the only people there seemed just to be sitting around and discussing something quite intensely. After a little bit of standing there awkwardly, we came to realize that we had gone to the convention a day early. In the process, we had a good chat with the orginizers before catching the last bus back to Oberlin. So, three hours after we left, we were back, having had a grand adventure but no convention. *laughs* A good time was had by all. We'll try to actually go next year.
