Peasblossom & Friends

For her winter term project in her freshman year, SoA performed in an abridged version of Purcell's "The Fairy Queen," a baroque semi-opera based on "A Midsummer Night's Dream." Aside from performing, she put in a lot of time working on costumes for the show. Because of her experience in the costume shop, she helped the costume designer with lots of construction ideas. She made all the men's jackets, which had amazing swirlines, and the girls' boddices.
